Best Practice Software offer the following free and paid options for learning more about Bp Premier. Whether you're a new user looking for Get Started basics, or a seasoned practice manager or clinician looking for efficiency gains and the latest updates, Best Practice Software offer advanced learning in a variety of intructor-led and self-paced formats.

Face to face training

If you prefer to learn face to face, Bp Classroom offers instructor-led training sessions in a collaborative environment either in our training facilities, or on-site at your Practice (note that on-site training may incur travel costs). Bp Classroom sessions cater to all levels of experience and offer a supportive environment with plenty of opportunities to collaborate and engage with Bp Premier experts and peers.

Remote training

Our Remote Training provides customised training, delivered online, regardless of the location of your practice: each attendee only needs a computer and an internet connection. Sessions can be delivered for one person only, or small or large groups, based on the same hourly rate, with the session completely tailored to all trainees. Remote training sessions are recorded and made available to attendees to revisit any time.

Virtual Online training

Structured, three-hour sessions that dive deep into the advanced clinical, management, reception, and billing workflows of Bp Premier. Suitable for group training, choose the topic that best suits your role in the practice and your level of experience with Bp Premier.

You’ll receive a Certificate of Attendance, and eligible participants may claim CPD points through various professional bodies.

Bp Go Live Support

Providing peace of mind for upgrades and greenfield installations of Bp Premier, our Go Live support offers a dedicated trainer at hand remotely for the duration of the session, so questions are answered and issued resolved quickly and easily on the day.

Even with the best preparation and training, teething issues can arise and having access to dedicated support will make your first day much easier, encouraging a smooth, low-stress transition.

Go Live support is conducted through Microsoft Teams. Any practice staff can join a session from their own computer in the practice. Your IT provider can also join the session to assist in troubleshooting any network or data conversion issues.

E-Learning
