At this time, there is no way to disable this feature.
Currently, the inbuilt Health Assessments that can be performed are Age Related Health Assessments. Any other Health Assessments can be performed using a template in the Word Processor.
There is no way to toggle between both of these Health Assessments, but you will be able to see which one is being completed by observing the top-left corner of the Health Assessment window. You may choose to complete the Health Assessment of choice using the Word Processor and a Template instead.
Care Plan Reviews can be performed by creating a new Care Plan and importing the data from the previous entry, and adding additional notes to specify that it is a review that is being performed. You may also choose to use a template in the word processor the complete your review, and then move the document from Correspondence Out into the Care Plan tab.
At this time, no there is not. You may consider setting up an Autofill to assist in efficiently capturing this information as part of Today’s Notes, however.
Yes, this will pre-populate the most recent values if your practice receives HL7 format Pathology requests, and you have asked your lab to send atomised values.
Best Practice supplies templates that can be used in the word processor for performing several Health Assessments, and other templates can be imported for use.
You can customise a template further after it has been imported. If you are wanting to add an additional pop-up window to record information with tick-boxes, calendar date-pickers, or drop-down lists for information, you can review the steps to create Custom Fields for a template here.
