Follow these instructions to configure Bp Premier before downloading Best Practice Mobile.
IMPORTANT Availability of Best Practice Mobile is dependent on a stable connection to Bp Premier. Interruptions will occur if your Bp Premier server is disconnected from the internet, shut down, suspended, or enters sleep mode.

Connect Bp Premier to Cloud Services
Bp Cloud Connector software is a core component of Bp Premier that supports access to Best Practice Mobile.

To support cloud services integration with Bp Premier, add the following domains to the allow list in your firewall or proxy server.

Bp Cloud Connector software is a core component of Bp Premier that supports access to online products and services, The following Windows Services must be running to support remote connection to your practice management system for continuous updates to the cloud services:
- Best Practice Field Controller.
- Best Practice Field Recovery Agent.
The following addresses should be added to an allow or safe senders list in your email client so that you can receive invitation links to online products:

Enable strong passwords
Best Practice Mobile will use your Bp Premier password when logging in and authenticating your details.
Enable strong password complexity settings in Bp Premier to match the minimum requirements for Best Practice Mobile. Passwords complexity can be set at a practice level or per user.
For online access, passwords must be between 8 and 20 characters, contain no spaces, have at least 1 numerical digit, and contain at least 1 special character (!@#$%^&*).
Enable Clinical Staff Permissions in Bp Premier
Clinical staff permissions in Bp Premier are required for the safe and effective use of Best Practice Mobile, and allow important functionality, such as:
- The Clinical record – Allow access permission is required for providers to view clinical information in the single patient view.
- The Correspondence in – Add / Edit / Delete permission is required to upload images to the patient record.
IMPORTANT All Clinical staff permissions in Bp Premier are required for Bp Mobile users.
